A team of highly skilled and experienced medical professionals deliver a variety of services to meet the medical, social and personal needs of up to 176 residents, most of whom come to the facility to recover from surgical procedures, injuries or severe illness, while a limited number receive long-term care for chronic illnesses.

Short-term rehabilitation is the primary need for residents who come to Evergreen. Most short-term residents stay for an average of 37 days.

For long-term residents that are suffering from Alzheimer’s, dementia and other chronic illnesses and are in need of round-the-clock care.
